• To appreciate the importance and uniqueness
of each child.
• To foster each child's confidence and self esteem.
• To offer the best in learning experiences and
creative opportunities.
• To foster a learning environment where children
love to learn.
The teachers are the most important part of our school.
We believe that employing highly educated and qualified staff, who provide close personal attention to
each child, is essential to providing a quality experience
for all our children; therefore, we keep our ratios low
and provide a supportive environment for our teachers
to develop in their careers as well as providing them
with competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
• Our staff are Montessori trained as well as having other teaching credentials.
Teachers and Director attend regular training courses
and our annual NCME Montessori conference, to
refresh and energize our staff, building team spirit and
acquire new skills and ideas to try in our classrooms

“The objects in our system
are instead a help to the
child himself, he chooses
what he wants for his own
use, and works with it
according to his own needs, tendencies and
special interests. In this
way, the objects become a
means of growth.”
